About Decksforlife Deck Builders
People who hired this crew keep coming back to the same few things. The work site got cleaned up at the end of each day, and jobs started on time or even early. Several also mention budgets that held and close attention to detail, even on sloped or two-tier yards. The company holds a 5.0 rating from 33 Google reviews.
Picking a deck or fence material with Decksforlife
Decksforlife says it designs and builds decks in pressure treated wood, IPE or composite. Its website names pool, multilevel and second-storey decks, and it builds commercial decks too. Privacy screens, pergolas and fences are also on offer, so you can plan a matching fence in the same job.
Seeing the 3D model before the build
On most projects, the company says it makes a free 3D model first. That lets you check the look before any boards go down. Its website describes adjusting the design as many times as needed, like moving the stairs or widening the deck, so bring your list of changes to that stage.
Lining up permits and timing with Decksforlife
The company describes handling the whole job, from the permit through to cleanup. It reports building decks around the GTA since 2019, and Vaughan, Markham and Richmond Hill are among the towns it names. The crew works Monday to Saturday and is closed Sundays.
Decksforlife states it carries liability insurance and WSIB coverage for its workers.
Its labour comes with a two-year limited warranty, so ask for that warranty in writing when you sign.

We recently had a new deck built in our backyard and it’s beautiful! All the neighbours are jealous! I would highly recommend Decks For Life. Very professional!
We used DecksforLife to demolish and rebuild our 2-tier deck. Eric and his team did an amazing job, especially considering it was a challenging project with the shape and grade of our backyard. Eric is professional and extremely knowledgable about decking and composite products which I really appreciated as the amount of info out there is overwhelming. The price was fair and stayed on budget. Overall we are very happy with our deck from DecksforLife.
We had an outstanding experience working with this deck builder! They managed to get the project started a full week earlier than scheduled, which was a great surprise. Throughout the entire build, the team was incredibly professional, courteous, and efficient. They took real pride in their work environment, making sure to clean up thoroughly at the end of every day. The quality of the finished deck is fabulous—solid, beautifully built, and built to last. I couldn't be happier with the result and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a reliable contractor!
